The “Unite with Ukraine” initiative of the Ukrainian World Congress has provided another 100 First Person View (FPV) drones to experienced pilots in a highly specialized UAV unit of the 48th Separate Assault Battalion, named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan, within the 123rd Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The 48th Battalion, a beacon of diversity and resilience, is a unique unit primarily composed of Crimean Tatars and volunteers from the southern region of Ukraine, including forced migrants from temporarily occupied Crimea. These fighters, with their diverse backgrounds and shared determination, have demonstrated their courage in the battles for Kyiv and Bakhmut, among other combat operations. Their bravery has been recognized and honored by the President of Ukraine, who personally awarded ten service members of the Battalion.

The need for FPV drones has reached a critical point. A specialized unit can utilize up to 30 FPVs per work shift, 200 per week, and 800 per month. The demand for this crucial equipment is immediate and immense. Your support can make a significant difference in meeting this urgent need. Support Ukraine’s defenders.
So far, the Ukrainian World Congress has provided more than 1300 FPVs to Ukrainian drone pilots.
The world needs to do more to step up and defend Ukraine's democratic right to determine its own future.
